You can contact us either by telephone or email to arrange an available and convenient date. We would also need you to liase with us so that we can arrange access and to confirm that there will be enough space to erect our backdrop and lighting etc. A few weeks prior to the arranged date we will provide you with a supply of leaflets to promote the event. You can then distribute these leaflet directly to your potential customers. We will also provide you with a Time Schedule/Booking Sheet so that when people enquire about available sitting times you can then inform them as to what slots are available and enter their name into any available requested time slot.
